SHIPPING

We’ll send your Selva Eyewear to you ASAP so you’re ready for your next adventure. 

We aim to process all custom orders within three business days of purchase 

(standard business hours, excluding weekends and public holidays). 

Once your order has been sent you’ll receive an Australia Post tracking number, which you can use to keep an eye out for your Selva Eyewear arrival. 

Priority Mail and Overnight are available for additional charges, but please notify us at info@selvaeyewear.com if you have any specific shipping requests for your Selva Eyewear order.  


Once a package ships with Australia Post, Selva Eyewear accepts no responsibility for stolen or missing items, however please contact us if you haven’t received your order in the expected timeframe.

RETURNS

Not feeling it? Return please. 

For orders placed online through selvaeyewear.com we’re happy to accept returns and provide a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.  


  • Our Return Policy: · Product must be unworn and returned in its original condition. · 
  • Product must have all its tags, original packaging, info card, cloths and spray cleaner. · 
  • Products that are marked as SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Refunds for returned items will be processed according to the method of payment at the time of purchase. 
  • Please note that all debit and credit card payments can take up to 5 – 10 working days to process. 
  • If items you are exchanging are of greater or less value, you will be required to pay the difference owing or will receive a refund of the difference. 

  

Return Process

Returns for online orders are free if you are sending from within Australia.  

1. Send us an email with your return request 

2. Include your order number and preference to refund or exchange 

3. We‘ll organise a reply paid slip through Australia Post for you to return your order free of charge.

4. We’ll let you know once we receive your returned item and be in touch to arrange your refund or exchange as requested.
